Amit Kesarwani
Amit is the founder of DecipherTech. He has 18 years of technology and management experience including the last position with BellSouth International as Director – Infrastructure and Service. He has extensive experience in design and rapid deployment of Business Performance Management, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions with a strong background in managing and delivering all phases of the system development life cycle. He has designed and patented Business Intelligence systems.
Amit holds a Master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India. He also holds PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute).
Randy Pilkenton
Randy is an experienced executive and leader with over 20 years experience in strategy, innovation, product management, and data-driven marketing, spanning information technology and e-commerce products.
Highlights from Randy’s work include:
• As Senior Vice President at CheckFree (now part of Fiserv: FISV) he led strategy development, product management and launch of the most successful Electronic Billing and Payment (EBP) products in the industry supporting rapid growth of revenue and profitability.
• Created and nurtured strategic consumer marketing capability, Consumer Insights, which focused on a deep understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviors and propensities. Leveraged it to improve adoption growth, share-of-wallet, and drive opportunities in new markets.
• Assessed client marketing capabilities of the Commercial Banking line of business for a Top 5 U.S. bank. Delivered strategy for segmentation and analytics plus iterative-experimentation approach to building and maturing a Client Insights capability.
• Led team that launched first e-commerce offering for UPS, the global shipping and logistics company.
• Managed consulting services growth for Cambridge Technology Partners and Xcelerate, both innovative, multi-region software & web product development firms.
• Key product & marketing post on turn-around team for a leading ERP software firm.
• Developed first Windows-based EDI translator product in the early 1990's.
• Significant experience as strategic and marketing consultant, including with his own consulting firm Latente, LLC as well as while working for McKinsey & Co.
Randy received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and later a Masters of Business Administration (with Honors) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
