Order & Service Fulfillment creates visibility into order status and improves service to individual customers. It gives management the information needed for making strategic decisions to reduce customer churn. Knowing the status of previous orders, a sales rep is in a better position to choose the timing and approach for up/cross selling more appropriately.

Post-sales Analysis provides the win rate and cost information to help you enhance your profits. Profitability views by region, channel, customer, product and sales rep provide insight for making advertising, pricing and other product life cycle decisions.

The Decipher for Salesforce.com (DfS) Dashboard is shown on its own tab within SFDC and presents the standard company view.

The charts shown on the DfS dashboard can show as many (or as few) drill down levels as needed. SFDC, by itself, offers only a single summary level. Given a typical implementation, most management level users of DfS can get to any information they need within 1-2 clicks, while power users can get to transaction level details within 3-5 clicks.

DfS collects SFDC history for each business customer and stores it in a separate (DfS) data warehouse, so that a monthly, weekly, daily or even hourly trending analysis can be performed.

On the SFDC Dashboards, each individual user can display any of the graphs available via DfS. The user also has the ability to configure the dashboard layout to suit his/her particular needs.

FDC Dashboards can be published for viewing by other individual users or groups, within the same company.
